1. Purpose<\/strong><\/h3>\n

This policy ensures that all shipments handled by Thai Nexus comply with Thai export laws and international shipping regulations. It exists to prevent the forwarding of illegal, restricted, or unverified items through our mailbox rental and logistics services.<\/p>\n

2. Prohibited and Restricted Items<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Clients are strictly prohibited from using Thai Nexus services to receive, store, or forward any of the following items:<\/p>\n

    Narcotics, psychotropic substances, or unregistered pharmaceuticals<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Prescription medications<\/strong> without a valid prescription and import\/export clearance<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Weapons<\/strong>, ammunition, explosives, or military-grade equipment<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Counterfeit goods<\/strong>, pirated media, or items that infringe on intellectual property rights<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Hazardous chemicals<\/strong> or substances classified as dangerous goods<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Items restricted by Thai Customs, the Ministry of Public Health, or international treaties<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Any goods whose export from Thailand is illegal or unauthorized<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    3. Client Responsibility<\/strong><\/h3>\n

    • \n

      Clients are fully responsible for knowing the contents of their shipments.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Thai Nexus in cases of suspicion or legal risk reserves the rights to inspect contents of any parcel<\/strong>, and reserves the right to reject the service or report any suspicious packages to authorities.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Using our address to bypass local laws or export controls is strictly forbidden.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      4. Identity Verification Required<\/strong><\/h3>\n

      To comply with Thai regulations and ensure lawful exports:<\/p>\n

        Clients must submit a valid passport or Thai ID<\/strong> before requesting mail forwarding or export.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Thai Nexus may withhold forwarding services until identity is verified<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        In cases of suspicion or legal risk, we reserve the right to refuse service or report to authorities.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        5. Enforcement<\/strong><\/h3>\n

        Violation of this policy may result in:<\/p>\n

          Suspension or termination of mailbox rental and mail forwarding privileges<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        • \n

          Notification to Thai Customs, Royal Thai Police, or other relevant authorities<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

          Confiscation or destruction of prohibited items in accordance with Thai law<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          6. Acknowledgment<\/strong><\/h3>\n
