Thai Nexus Point Co., Ltd. (“we,” “our,” or “us”) emphasize on the trust our clients have when it comes to the handling of mails and packages. The Storage and Disposal Policy explains how we collect and dispose of mails and packages. Please read them carefully.
1. Mail Storage
- Duration: The duration of mail storage is based on your mailbox plan. With free mail storage for up to 1 month after the end of contract with shredding after 1 month for Basic plan, 3 months after end of contract with shredding after 3 months for Standard plan and 6 months after end of contract with shredding after 6 months for Premium plan. Please check your mailbox plan for the exact duration of mail storage.
- Uncollected Mail: Once the duration runs out. Uncollected mail will be shredded or disposed of safely according to our policy.
Notice: It is the client’s responsibility to pick up or forward the mail within the duration of the mail storage.
2. Package Storage
- Duration: The duration of package storage is based on your mailbox plan. With free package storage for up to 1 week disposal after 1 month for Basic plan, 1 month after end of contract with disposal after 3 months for Standard plan and 1 month after end of contract with disposal after 6 months for Premium plan. Please check your mailbox plan for the exact duration of package storage.
- Uncollected Package: Once the duration runs out. Uncollected packages will be disposed of safely according to our policy.
Notice: It is the client’s responsibility to pick up or forward the package within the duration of package storage.
3. Disposal of Mail and Package
- Mails and packages that are uncollected within the allocated time will be disposed of immediately.
- The company uses the safe method that properly disposes of the mails and packages in order to adhere to the customer’s privacy.
- Once the mails or packages have been properly disposed of. The customer may not ask for a restore or return of the mails or packages.
4. Client Responsibilities
- Providing accurate and current contact details for notifications.
- Notifying us of any changes in address, email, or phone number.
- Collecting or arranging for mail forwarding in a timely manner.
- Failure to adhere to these responsibilities may result in your mail or packaged being disposed of.
5. Disposal Policy
- We are not responsible for any loss or damage or any inconvenience that comes from the destruction of mails and packages.
- The disposal process of mails and packages will be conducted safely. In order to adhere to laws, regulations and client’s policy.
6. Amendments to Terms
We reserve the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of the mailbox rental service will indicate acceptance of the revised terms.
