เงื่อนไขการให้บริการกล่องจดหมาย

Thank you for choosing Thai Nexus Point Co., Ltd. (“we,” “our,” “the Company”). These Terms of Service apply to the mailbox rental services we provide and are incorporated by reference into the Company’s general Terms of Service. By using our mailbox rental service, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. คุณสมบัติในการใช้บริการ

บริการกล่องจดหมายของเราสำหรับทั้งบุคคลทั่วไปและนิติบุคคล โดยผู้ใช้ต้องให้ข้อมูลที่ถูกต้องและเป็นปัจจุบัน เช่น ชื่อ ที่อยู่อีเมล หมายเลขโทรศัพท์ และเอกสารยืนยันตัวตนตามกฎหมายไทย

2. แพ็กเกจบริการ

เรามีแพ็กเกจให้เลือกหลายรูปแบบ ได้แก่ Basic, Standard และ Premium ซึ่งแต่ละแพ็กเกจมีเงื่อนไขด้านการสแกนจดหมาย การส่งต่อ และระยะเวลาการจัดเก็บต่างกัน สามารถดูรายละเอียดได้ที่เว็บไซต์หรือสอบถามเจ้าหน้าที่

3. ระยะเวลาเช่าและการต่ออายุ

The mailbox rental period is offered on a monthly or yearly basis, depending on the selected package. You must renew your contract at least 7 days before the end of the rental period. If the renewal is not completed on time, a 7-day grace period will be provided, during which you can still renew your contract. If the mailbox is not renewed within this period, we reserve the right to rent the mailbox to another client, subject to the storage timelines in our นโยบายการจัดเก็บและกำจัดจดหมายและพัสดุ.

4. การใช้งานกล่องจดหมาย

  • Personal Use vs. Business Use: The mailbox may be used for personal or business purposes, depending on the package selected.
  • Mail Delivery: We will receive and store mail and packages on your behalf. You will be notified via SMS and/or email when mail or packages arrive.
  • Mail Scanning: We will scan the envelope of incoming mail and notify you. We will not open and scan the contents unless you explicitly request it via the email you provided.
  • Pickup Hours: You may pick up your mail in person at any time, as we provide 24-hour access to our facility. Packages can be picked up during business hours.
  • Forwarding Services: Depending on your selected package, mail forwarding services will be provided. Additional fees may apply for forwarding beyond the included limit. Once you request that mail or a package be forwarded or shipped domestically or internationally, that shipment ceases to be governed by these Mailbox Terms and instead becomes subject to our Standard Trading Conditions, including its liability limits and claims procedures, from the point the item is tendered for carriage.
  • Registered Business Address: Clients may not use their mailbox address as a registered business address for legal, tax, or regulatory purposes unless their selected package explicitly allows it. Thai Nexus is not responsible for any legal or tax obligations incurred through the use of the provided address.
  • Illegal Use: The mailbox address provided by Thai Nexus may not be used for any illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes. If we receive notice of such use from authorities, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate the service immediately without refund.

5. การจัดเก็บจดหมายและพัสดุ

Storage duration, uncollected-item handling, and disposal (including the pre-disposal notice we provide for packages) are governed by our นโยบายการจัดเก็บและกำจัดจดหมายและพัสดุ, incorporated by reference into these Terms. Clients may arrange for an extension of storage beyond the stated period for an additional fee; if no arrangement is made, disposal will proceed as described in that Policy.

6. ภาษีศุลกากร

If a package arrives requiring customs clearance or duty payments, the client is responsible for handling all required documentation and payments. Thai Nexus will notify the client but is not responsible for delays, additional fees, or confiscation by Thai Customs. If the client fails to resolve the issue within a specified period, the package may be returned, discarded, or seized, as per Thai Customs regulations. Where Thai Nexus assists with import customs formalities on the client’s behalf, it does so solely as the client’s agent, consistent with its capacity under our Standard Trading Conditions.

7. สินค้าต้องห้าม

ห้ามใช้กล่องจดหมายรับ/ส่ง/เก็บสินค้าที่ผิดกฎหมายไทย เช่น:

  • Narcotics, controlled substances, and cannabis-derived products that require special permits under Thai law, including but not limited to CBD oil and THC oil.
  • Explosives, weapons, or any hazardous materials.
  • สินค้าละเมิดลิขสิทธิ์ หรือของปลอม
  • สินค้าที่ต้องใช้ใบอนุญาต แต่ลูกค้าไม่มีเอกสารครบ

If such items are received, Thai Nexus reserves the right to refuse delivery, return the item (if possible), or report the issue to the relevant authorities. Any duties or penalties imposed due to restricted items are the responsibility of the client. For full details, please review our Restricted Items & Export Compliance Policy..

8. ค่าบริการและการชำระเงิน

  • Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit card, cash, Thai QR payment, or Thai bank transfer.
  • Late Fees: If you fail to renew your mailbox on time and continue to use our services after the grace period, late fees may be applied.
  • Refunds: Once payment has been made, fees for mailbox rentals are non-refundable.

9. ความรับผิดชอบของลูกค้า

  • ให้ข้อมูลติดต่อที่ถูกต้องและเป็นปัจจุบันสำหรับการแจ้งเตือน
  • แจ้งให้เราทราบเมื่อมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงที่อยู่ อีเมล หรือหมายเลขโทรศัพท์
  • รับหรือจัดการส่งต่อจดหมายอย่างทันท่วงที

10. การยุติบริการ

บริษัทสามารถยุติบริการได้หาก:

  • You violate any of the terms outlined here or in the policies incorporated by reference;
  • You provide false or inaccurate information;
  • ไม่ต่ออายุหลังช่วงผ่อนผัน

Upon termination, all remaining mail and packages will be handled according to our นโยบายการจัดเก็บและกำจัดจดหมายและพัสดุ.

11. ข้อจำกัดความรับผิด

We take all reasonable precautions to safeguard your mail and packages. However, except where such loss, damage, or delay results from our gross negligence or willful misconduct, we are not responsible for:

  • Loss or damage to mail or packages caused by third-party delivery services (any such loss occurring after tender for carriage is governed by our Standard Trading Conditions);
  • Delays or issues related to forwarding or package delivery beyond our control;
  • Loss or damage to mail or packages that remain unclaimed beyond the specified storage period, disposed of in accordance with our นโยบายการจัดเก็บและกำจัดจดหมายและพัสดุ;
  • Mail or packages that are delayed, held, seized, or confiscated by Thai Customs, law enforcement, or any government authority due to legal restrictions or regulatory violations — any penalties, fines, or fees related to such issues are the responsibility of the client;
  • Legal consequences arising from the client’s use of our address and mailbox service, including but not limited to customs violations, tax evasion, or regulatory non-compliance.

12. ความเป็นส่วนตัว

We respect your privacy and take measures to ensure that your personal information is protected. Please review our Privacy Policy for more details. We will not open any mail or package without your explicit consent, except as required by law.

13. การเปลี่ยนแปลงเงื่อนไข

บริษัทขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงนโยบายนี้โดยไม่ต้องแจ้งล่วงหน้า การใช้บริการต่อหลังมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงถือว่าคุณยอมรับเงื่อนไขใหม่โดยอัตโนมัติ

14. กฎหมายที่ใช้บังคับ

เงื่อนไขเหล่านี้อยู่ภายใต้กฎหมายไทย ข้อพิพาทใด ๆ จะดำเนินการภายใต้เขตอำนาจศาลไทย
