Operator of this website is Thai Nexus Point Co., Ltd. (“we,” “our,” “us,” “the Company”). By accessing or using our website, store, or services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

3. บริการที่เราให้

  • Mailbox Rentals: Providing street addresses for personal or business use, including mail and package handling. Governed by our เงื่อนไขการให้บริการกล่องจดหมาย.
  • Package Shipping & Freight Forwarding: Domestic and international package shipping, air freight forwarding, and customs clearance, performed as agent and arranged through third-party carriers. Governed by our Standard Trading Conditions.

  • Visa and Passport Photo Services.
  • Photocopy, Print, and Scan Services.

4. การลงทะเบียนบัญชีผู้ใช้

บริการบางประเภทอาจต้องลงทะเบียนบัญชี คุณตกลงที่จะให้ข้อมูลที่ถูกต้องและเป็นปัจจุบัน และต้องรับผิดชอบต่อความปลอดภัยของบัญชีตนเอง

5. เงื่อนไขการชำระเงิน

  • บัตรเครดิต/เดบิต
  • เงินสด
  • คิวอาร์โค้ดไทย (Thai QR Code)
  • โอนผ่านธนาคารไทย

Mailbox rental contracts are available on a monthly or annual basis and must be renewed 7 days prior to the expiration date. If the renewal is not completed, a 7-day grace period will apply, after which the mailbox may be made available for rent to another customer. 6. เงื่อนไขบริการกล่องจดหมาย

Mailbox rental, mail scanning, forwarding, and storage duration and disposal are governed by our เงื่อนไขการให้บริการกล่องจดหมาย and our นโยบายการจัดเก็บและกำจัดจดหมายและพัสดุ, both incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between this section and those documents, the Mailbox Terms of Service and Storage and Disposal Policy shall govern for mailbox-related matters.

7. Shipping and Freight Forwarding Services

7.1 Nature of Service. Thai Nexus Point Co., Ltd. acts as a freight forwarder and agent, not as a carrier. We arrange, book, and coordinate the carriage of your goods through independent third-party carriers and courier providers (including but not limited to J&T, Kerry Express, Thailand Post, Flash Express, and Aramex, as applicable), and we perform customs clearance and related documentation services on your behalf. We do not own or operate the aircraft, vessels, or vehicles used to transport your goods, and the underlying carrier’s own terms and liability limits may also apply to your shipment.

7.2 Governing Terms. All shipping, freight forwarding, and customs clearance services – including all charges, liability limits, claims procedures, and the optional Shipment Protection policy – are governed exclusively by our Standard Trading Conditions (STC), which are incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference and form a binding part of the agreement between you and the Company for any shipping order. Placing a shipping order, accepting a quote, or tendering goods to us for carriage constitutes acceptance of the Standard Trading Conditions in addition to these Terms.

7.3 Restricted Items. All shipments are subject to our Restricted Items & Export Compliance Policy.. Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on the destination and carrier selected and are not guaranteed except where expressly stated in writing.

We strive to ensure long-hours access to mailbox services and provide prompt notifications for mail arrivals. Please refer to our opening hours for specific branch. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of services due to potential technical or logistical issues.

10. การระงับหรือยุติการให้บริการ

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to services if you:

  • Violate these Terms & Conditions or any policy referenced herein;
  • Provide false or inaccurate information;
  • Engage in prohibited activities as described in Section 12 below or in our Restricted Items & Export Compliance Policy..

11. สิทธิในทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา

เนื้อหา โลโก้ และสื่อทั้งหมดบนเว็บไซต์นี้เป็นทรัพย์สินทางปัญญาของบริษัทหรือผู้ให้สิทธิ์ ห้ามนำไปใช้ซ้ำ ดัดแปลง หรือเผยแพร่โดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาตเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษร

12. ข้อห้ามการใช้งาน

คุณตกลงที่จะไม่:

  • Use our services for illegal or fraudulent purposes, including any purpose prohibited under our Restricted Items & Export Compliance Policy.;
  • Disrupt or interfere with our systems or networks;
  • ใช้ระบบอัตโนมัติในการเข้าถึงข้อมูลในปริมาณมากโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต

13. ข้อจำกัดความรับผิด

13.1 General Services. Except as set out in Section 13.2 below, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services, including loss of data or delays arising from causes beyond our reasonable control. Your use of the general services described in these Terms is at your own risk.

13.2 Shipping and Freight Services. Our liability for loss of or damage to goods tendered for shipping, freight forwarding, or customs clearance is governed exclusively by the limitation of liability, exclusions, and claims procedures set out in our Standard Trading Conditions, and not by Section 13.1. Nothing in this Section 13 shall be read to expand the Company’s liability beyond the limits set out in the Standard Trading Conditions.

13.3 Mailbox Services. Our liability for mail and package handling under a mailbox rental is governed by the liability provisions of our เงื่อนไขการให้บริการกล่องจดหมาย and นโยบายการจัดเก็บและกำจัดจดหมายและพัสดุ.

14. การชดใช้ค่าเสียหาย

You agree to indemnify and hold Thai Nexus Point Co., Ltd. and its employees harmless from any claims arising from your use of our services, including any breach of these Terms or the policies incorporated by reference herein.

15. กฎหมายที่ใช้บังคับ

เงื่อนไขเหล่านี้อยู่ภายใต้บังคับของกฎหมายไทย และหากมีข้อพิพาท จะพิจารณาที่ศาลในประเทศไทย

  • Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the policies listed in Section 17, form the complete agreement between you and the Company.
