Thank you for choosing Thai Nexus Point Co., Ltd. (“we,” “our,” “the company”). These Terms of Service apply to the mailbox rental services we provide. By using our mailbox rental service, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility for Service

Our mailbox rental service is available to both individuals and businesses. Clients must provide accurate and up-to-date information, including name, contact details (email and phone number), and identification, as required by law.

2. Service Packages

We offer multiple mailbox rental packages (Basic, Standard, Premium). Each package provides different levels of service, including mail scanning, forwarding, and storage limits. For details on these packages, please refer to the pricing and service options available on our website or inquire at our office.

3. Rental Period and Renewal

The mailbox rental period is offered on a monthly or yearly basis, depending on the selected package. You must renew your contract at least 7 days before the end of the rental period. If the renewal is not completed on time, a 7-day grace period will be provided, during which you can still renew your contract. If the mailbox is not renewed within this period, we reserve the right to rent the mailbox to another client.

4. Mailbox Use

  • Personal Use vs. Business Use: The mailbox may be used for personal or business purposes, depending on the package selected.
  • Mail Delivery: We will receive and store mail and packages on your behalf. You will be notified via SMS and/or email when mail or packages arrive.
  • Mail Scanning: We will scan the envelope of incoming mail and notify you. We will not open and scan the contents unless you explicitly request it via the email you provided.
  • Pickup Hours: You may pick up your mail in person at any time, as we provide 24-hour access to our facility. Packages can be picked up during business hours.
  • Forwarding Services: Depending on your selected package, mail forwarding services will be provided. Additional fees may apply for forwarding beyond the included limit.
  • Note: Registered Business Address: Clients may not use their mailbox address as a registered business address for legal, tax, or regulatory purposes unless their selected package explicitly allows it. Thai Nexus is not responsible for any legal or tax obligations incurred through the use of the provided address.
  • Illegal Use: The mailbox address provided by Thai Nexus may not be used for any illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes. If we receive notice of such use from authorities, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate the service immediately without refund.

5. Mail and Package Storage

  • Mail Storage: We will store your mail for the duration specified in your package. Once this period ends, unclaimed mail will be shredded or otherwise disposed of.
  • Package Storage: Similarly, we will store packages for a set period. Packages not claimed within this period will be disposed of as per our disposal policy.
  • Mail and Package Destruction: Any mail or package unclaimed beyond the specified storage period will be automatically destroyed.
  • Clients may arrange for an extension of storage beyond the stated period for an additional fee. If no arrangement is made, we reserve the right to dispose of the mail at our discretion. Read more in our Mail and Package Storage and Disposal Policy that is a part of this Terms of Service.

6. Customs & Import Responsibilities

If a package arrives requiring customs clearance or duty payments, the client is responsible for handling all required documentation and payments. Thai Nexus will notify the client but is not responsible for delays, additional fees, or confiscation by Thai Customs. If the client fails to resolve the issue within a specified period, the package may be returned, discarded, or seized, as per Thai Customs regulations.

7. Restricted and Prohibited Items

Clients may not use their mailbox to receive, store, or forward items that are restricted or prohibited under Thai law. These include, but are not limited to:

  • Narcotics, controlled substances, and cannabis-derived products that require special permits under Thai law, including but not limited to CBD oil, and THC oil.
  • Explosives, weapons, or any hazardous materials. Counterfeit goods, illegal substances, or any items that violate Thai customs and postal regulations.

  • Any items that require special licenses or permits that the client has not obtained.

If such items are received, Thai Nexus reserves the right to refuse delivery, return the item (if possible), or report the issue to the relevant authorities. Any duties or penalties imposed due to restricted items are the responsibility of the client.

8. Fees and Payments

  • Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit card, cash, Thai QR payment, or Thai bank transfer.
  • Late Fees: If you fail to renew your mailbox on time and continue to use our services after the grace period, late fees may be applied.
  • Refunds: Once payment has been made, fees for mailbox rentals are non-refundable.

9. Client Responsibilities

  • Providing accurate and current contact details for notifications.
  • Notifying us of any changes in address, email, or phone number.
  • Collecting or arranging for mail forwarding in a timely manner.

10. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to terminate the mailbox rental service if:

  • You violate any of the terms outlined here.
  • You provide false or inaccurate information.
  • You fail to renew your contract within the grace period.
  • Upon termination, all remaining mail and packages will be handled according to the Storage and Disposal Policy stated above.

11. Liability

We take all reasonable precautions to safeguard your mail and packages. However, we are not responsible for:

  • Loss or damage to mail or packages caused by third-party delivery services.
  • Delays or issues related to forwarding or package delivery beyond our control.
  • Loss or damage to mail or packages that remain unclaimed beyond the specified storage period.
  • We are not responsible for any mail or package that is delayed, held, seized, or confiscated by Thai Customs, law enforcement, or any government authority due to legal restrictions or regulatory violations. Any penalties, fines, or fees related to such issues are the responsibility of the client.
  • We are not responsible for any legal consequences that may arise from the client’s use of our address and mailbox service, including but not limited to customs violations, tax evasion, or regulatory non-compliance.

12. Privacy and Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and take measures to ensure that your personal information is protected. Please review our Privacy Policy for more details. We will not open any mail or package without your explicit consent, except as required by law.

13. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of the mailbox rental service will indicate acceptance of the revised terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and interpreted under the laws of Thailand. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be subject to the jurisdiction of Thai courts.
