  • Mailbox Rentals: Providing street addresses for personal or business use, including mail and package handling.

  • Package Shipping: Domestic and international package shipping services through various providers.
  • Office Supplies Sales: Available both in-store and online via Lazada, Shopee, TikTok, Grab, LINE, and our own e-commerce store.
  • Take Photo for Visa and Passport
  • Photo Copy, Print, and Scan Services

4. Account Registration

Certain services may require account registration. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during the registration process and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

5. Payment Terms

Payment for our services can be made via:

  • Card Payment
  • Cash
  • Thai QR Code
  • Thai Bank Transfer

Mailbox rental contracts are available on a monthly or annual basis and must be renewed 7 days prior to the expiration date. If the renewal is not completed, a 7-day grace period will apply, after which the mailbox may be made available for rent to another customer.

6. Mailbox Rental Services

  • Mail will be scanned only for envelopes unless the customer requests scanning of the content via the registered email.
  • Mail and package storage durations and conditions depend on the selected package.
  • After the storage period, mail or packages will be shredded or disposed of.

7. Shipping Services

We offer domestic and international shipping via various providers (e.g., J&T, Kerry Express, Thailand Post, Flash Express, Aramex, etc.). Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on the destination and provider selected.

8. Product Purchases

  • Products are sold based on availability.
  • Orders placed online are subject to confirmation and stock verification.
  • Refunds and returns are not available.

9. Service Availability

We strive to ensure 24-hour access to mailbox services and provide prompt notifications for mail arrivals. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of services due to potential technical or logistical issues.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to services if you violate these
