Important information
- Annual plans save 2 months: pay for 10 months, get 12 months of service.
- All subscriptions include a 7-day grace period after expiration to renew without losing your mailbox.
- Quick View (free for Standard/Premium) is a photo of the envelope or parcel. Mail scans (THB 20 each) open the envelope and scan contents.
- Domestic and international shipping are always billed separately from the mailbox plan. Use the shipping calculator for rates.
- Free storage periods apply only during an active subscription. Extended storage is THB 100/month per box and requires a continued address subscription.
- Identity verification (passport/ID upload) is mandatory for mailbox rental and forwarding.
- Payment methods: credit/debit cards, PayPal, bank transfers, Thai QR, and Wise.
- Unclaimed mail disposal after subscription expiry: Basic 1 month, Standard 3 months, Premium 6 months.
