Clearance needs the recipient's NIF/NIE; we collect it at checkout for Spanish addresses to prevent the most common hold.

What happens if it is held at customs?

Spanish imports can require the recipient's NIF or NIE and a commercial invoice. Clearance timing depends on the goods, declaration and authority review.
