No. Buy For Me is link-based. You send the product URL or a screenshot. We purchase that listing. We do not publish a shop or brand directory, and we do not endorse sellers.
When do I use a mailbox instead of Buy For Me?
Use a mailbox when you can pay the Thai seller yourself and the checkout will deliver to a street address. Use Buy For Me when the cart needs PromptPay, a Thai card, LINE chat, or a Facebook seller with no public checkout.
Can I send a screenshot if there is no product link?
Yes for LINE and Facebook sellers. Send the listing or chat screenshot, the price, and how the seller will release the goods to our Thai address. We still do not pick a seller for you.
Is finding a supplier the same as Buy For Me?
No. Buy For Me purchases the listing you nominate. Finding and negotiating a supplier is procurement, from THB 10,000 (approx $300) per order.
Can I use Shopee Thailand with a Thai forwarding address?
Yes when the checkout will deliver to a real street address with postcode, not a PO box. Enter your Thai Nexus suite code on the name line. If Shopee or the seller blocks a foreign card, send the product link for Buy For Me instead of forcing checkout.
Does Lazada Thailand ship internationally?
Most Lazada Thailand sellers ship only inside Thailand. Use a Thai Nexus mailbox if you can pay, or send the listing for Buy For Me. The Lazada article on this site explains the same split. Destination duty and VAT still apply on the export.
Do I need Buy For Me for LINE Shopping in Thailand?
Usually yes. LINE sellers often take PromptPay or Thai bank transfer and will not complete a foreign-card checkout. Send the listing or a chat screenshot, the price, and how the seller will release the goods to our warehouse.
Can Thai Nexus buy from Facebook Marketplace in Thailand?
Yes as a Buy For Me request when you send the listing or a screenshot. Many Facebook sellers have no public checkout URL. We still do not pick a seller or a group for you. Restricted goods remain refused at intake.
Does TikTok Shop Thailand ship abroad?
In-app checkout is built for Thai delivery. Use a mailbox if you can pay in the app, or send the product link for Buy For Me when checkout fails. Lithium toys, aerosols and replicas follow the same restricted-items rules as other channels.
What is the difference between a mailbox and Buy For Me for Thai shops?
Mailbox: you pay the seller and ship to your suite-coded warehouse address. Buy For Me: we pay the Thai seller after you approve the quote, then receive and forward. Procurement is separate: we find and negotiate a supplier, from THB 10,000 (approx $300).
Can I send a screenshot instead of a product link?
Yes for LINE and Facebook sellers with no public URL. Include price, variant and how the seller will hand the goods to a Thai street address. Marketplace and brand-site orders should still use the product link so we buy the exact listing.
Does Thai Nexus recommend which Thai shop to use?
No. We do not publish a brand or shop directory. You nominate the listing. We purchase that line if it can legally leave Thailand and enter your destination.
Can Central Online deliver to a Thai Nexus address?
Yes when the checkout ships to a Thai street address and accepts your payment. Use your suite code on the name line. If a foreign card is blocked, send the product link for Buy For Me.
How do I buy from a Thai brand site that will not ship overseas?
