Setup guide

   Create a Thai Nexus account

   Register at Thai Nexus with your email. No credit card required. The account is free to create.

   Get your API token

   Copy your API token from the Thai Nexus dashboard. You will paste this into the BigCommerce app settings after installation.

   Install the app from BigCommerce

   Install Thai Nexus Logistics from its official BigCommerce App Marketplace listing.

   Configure the app - API token and store origin

   In Apps > Thai Nexus > Settings, paste your User Token, test the connection, enter store origin address, and save.

   Create packing boxes (Boxes tab)

   Define the physical boxes you ship with (inner cm, empty weight, max weight). Multi-item carts pack into these boxes before quoting. The app uses a cost-tuned packer (smallest box first).

   Select shipping services

   After your API token is saved, choose which Thai Nexus courier services (Thai Nexus Express and related options) appear at checkout.

   Enable boxed products (optional)

   The Boxed Product custom field is created automatically. Set Boxed Product = 1 on products that ship in their own carton so packing treats them correctly.

   Product shipping eligibility (optional)

   Exclude products that must not use Thai Nexus shipping. If the cart contains any excluded product, Thai Nexus rates are hidden at checkout.

   Add Thai Nexus shipping in BigCommerce

   Finish app settings first, then enable the carrier: Store Setup > Shipping > Real-Time Shipping Quotes > Thai Nexus Express in your shipping zones.

    Test checkout and go live

    Place a test order to confirm real-time rates appear correctly at checkout.
