Setup guide

Create a Thai Nexus account
Register at Thai Nexus for free. No credit card required.

Get your API token
Copy your API token from Profile Settings in your Thai Nexus dashboard.

Install the app from the Shopify App Store
Install Thai Nexus Logistics from the Shopify App Store and approve the required permissions. Free to install.

Configure API token and store origin
In Shopify Admin open Apps > Thai Nexus Logistics > Settings. Paste your User Token and enter your store origin shipper address, then save.

Enable carrier-calculated shipping in Shopify
In Shopify > Settings > Shipping and delivery, add Thai Nexus as a carrier rate in your shipping zone.

Add shipping details to each product
Set weight and dimensions (cm) for every product in the Shopify Products Shipping section.

Set up box inventory
Define your box sizes in the Boxes tab. The 3D packing algorithm picks the optimal box at checkout.

Set up commission fees
Configure optional commission rules in the Fees tab. Fees are added at checkout on top of shipping rates.

Test checkout and go live
Place a test order to confirm live Thai Nexus shipping rates appear at Shopify checkout.
