Wix checkout shipping pricing

The Thai Nexus Wix app is free to install. Shipping rates at checkout use the same Thai Nexus Express services as our parcel calculator - then Wix platform fees are layered on top, so the amount your customer pays for shipping is higher than the Thai Nexus rate alone.

Important pricing notice

On Wix, Thai Nexus shipping is 80% of the final shipping total charged at checkout. The remaining share covers Wix platform fees on that shipping line. Our calculator and API show the Thai Nexus portion before those Wix fees.

  • App cost

    Free to install. No monthly Thai Nexus app fee.

  • Shipping services

    Same Express services as our parcel calculator (for example Prime, Priority, Flex and related options you enable in the app).

  • Wix platform fees

    Wix adds platform fees on top of the Thai Nexus rate, so the shopper total is higher than the calculator figure.

  • Optional merchant fees

    Use the Fees tab in the Thai Nexus app if you want commission or markup on top of Thai Nexus shipping rates.

Setup guide

    Create a Thai Nexus account

    Register at Thai Nexus for free. No credit card required.

  2. 2

    Get your API token

    Copy your API token from Profile Settings in your Thai Nexus dashboard.

    Install Thai Nexus Logistics on Wix

    Install the Thai Nexus Logistics app from the Wix installer link (or Apps in your Wix dashboard) and approve the required permissions.

    Configure Settings - API token and store origin

    In the Thai Nexus app open Settings. Paste your API token, use Test connection, enter your shipper and store origin address, then Save.

    Select shipping services

    After your API token is saved, choose which Thai Nexus courier services appear at checkout.

    Create packing boxes (Boxes tab)

    Define the physical boxes you ship with (inner cm, empty weight, max weight). Multi-item carts pack into these boxes before quoting.

    Set up fees (optional)

    Configure optional commission or markup rules in the Fees tab. Fees are added at checkout on top of shipping rates.

    Add product weight and dimensions

    Set weight and dimensions for each product so checkout rates are accurate. Use the Products tab for shipping eligibility when needed.

    Boxed Product (optional)

    Set Boxed Product to 1 on items that ship in their own retail carton so packing treats them correctly. Leave at 0 for normal packing.

    Enable Thai Nexus Express in Wix store shipping settings

    Rates only appear at checkout after you enable the app in Wix shipping settings. In your Wix dashboard open Settings > Shipping and Fulfillment (or Shipping). Click Manage your apps (or Installed apps). Find Thai Nexus Express and turn it ON for each shipping region or zone where you want live rates. You can leave Free shipping ON while testing; turn Thai Nexus Express OFF until products have weight and dimensions, then turn it ON again. Without this toggle, checkout will not call Thai Nexus for rates.

    Test checkout and go live

    Place a test order with a destination in an enabled region. Confirm Thai Nexus Express rates appear on the Wix checkout shipping step, then go live.
