Setup guide

   Create a Thai Nexus account

   Register at Thai Nexus for free. No credit card required.

   Get your API token

   Copy your API token from Profile Settings in your Thai Nexus dashboard (User Token / API Token).

   Download the plugin

   Download the Thai Nexus WooCommerce Shipping plugin ZIP, or install from the WordPress.org plugin directory.

   Install the plugin in WordPress

   Upload and activate via Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin (or install from the directory and activate).

   Configure the plugin

   In WordPress Admin open TNXL Logistics. Paste your User Token under API Authentication, enter your store origin address, review Privacy and Data Disclosure, then save.

   Set up a shipping zone

   WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping > Shipping zones. Add Thai Nexus Shipping to at least one zone (or Everywhere) and enable it.

   Add shipping details to each product

   On each product Shipping tab, set Weight (kg), Dimensions (cm), and Is Document? when relevant. Shipping class is not required for rate calculation.

   Set up commission fees

   Configure optional commission rules in the TNXL Logistics Fees tab. Fees are added at checkout on top of shipping rates.

   Set up box inventory

   Define your box sizes so the 3D packing algorithm selects the optimal box at checkout. Add unlimited boxes under Box Inventory, then save.

    Test checkout and go live

    Place a test order to confirm live Thai Nexus shipping rates appear at checkout.
