Operations & Packing
Receives every inbound parcel, photographs and inspects it, consolidates multi-supplier orders and packs to carrier and destination standards. Every shipment that leaves either facility passes through this team's hands.
Customs & Compliance
Classifies goods by HS code, prepares export declarations and commercial invoices, and screens shipments against Thai export rules and destination restrictions before anything is booked.
Procurement & Proxy Buying
Sources and purchases from Thai suppliers on clients' behalf: negotiation in Thai, quality inspection before payment, and consolidation of multi-supplier orders at a Thai Nexus Point.
Client Support
Bilingual English and Thai support, available 08:00 to 21:00 ICT seven days a week from the Hua Hin HQ. Handles quotes, tracking queries, customs questions and claims, with every enquiry answered within one business day.
